This certification means that Orange is authorized to sell the ATP restricted Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) product and is registered on the Cisco Partner Locator portal in Europe, APAC, and now, in NAM as well.
Cisco chooses only a select number of partners based on their technical skills and ability to provide services to customers, keep pace with the rapidly changing technology landscape and develop market potential.
Throughout the program, our experts fulfilled the rigorous training requirements, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the platform. They built out a complete Cisco-based lab environment and selected from our extensive portfolio of solutions and third-party software applications, the most relevant products to integrate. Their hard work, skill and dedication showcased our ability to build out our own service practices while combining Cisco technologies with broader architectures.
This authorization reaffirms the mutual commitment to further cooperation between our two companies. As a continuation of a joint strategy on contact center, unified communication, and connectivity services, the UCCE ATP builds on the Orange Global Resale certification, Master Cloud and Managed Services Program, and other key Cisco specializations and ATPs under the Cisco Gold Partner umbrella. As of today, 3,500 certifications have been achieved across all regions, with more than 900 people being Cisco-certified, 140 of which are in North America.
In addition, Orange reinforces its rising presence in the U.S. market. This additional endorsement gives us an edge in a fiercely competitive and maturing contact center market. It turns us into a trusted partner able to support companies in their global and complex deployment, with an end-to-end service approach and follow-the-sun support. We stand as one of the very few Cisco partners with the specific ability to design, deploy, configure, manage and troubleshoot the UCCE offering, whether it is hosted on their premises, delivered from the cloud or based on a hybrid model.
What's more, our global footprint gives us a significant edge over the competition. We operate an unparalleled voice and data network to route, queue and escalate interactions across all channels. Our six Network Operations Centers spanning across APAC and Europe guarantee a point of contact that is always available to tackle issues and is focused on a simple objective: increase responsiveness to satisfy our customers, regardless of the time zone.
