If BBC TVs Top Gear petrol-headed presenter Jeremy Clarkson is to be believed, nothing interesting ever comes out of Belgium. It's just a joke of course, I'm sure Jezza doesn't really mean it, does he? Whatever the Top Gear man thinks, innovation is alive and well in Belgium, at least it is according to Carmelo Zaccone who represents a government-sponsored effort to promote innovation and start-ups in Belgium. He's a crazy guy, not at like the stereotypical Jeremy Clarkson Belgian. Watch the video to see him perform.
