There's no doubt that meeting face to face is the best way to get down to real business with your colleagues, clients and partners.But costs, time and many other factors mean we can't always get up close and personal with the people we're doing business with. Bigger bandwidth and faster processors have made video conferencing a very usable technology in business. I took a ride on Polycom's telepresence system and came away very impressed.
