Orange Business VPN Galerie enables secure access to the cloud via the company’s corporate VPN without traversing the public Internet. This provides a secure, private, high-performance connection to Microsoft 365, which Lenovo requires to improve user satisfaction and increase productivity.
Leveraging the Orange Business IP VPN, the largest global IP VPN, Business VPN Galerie, provides enterprises with more reliable and better-performing access to cloud services compared to the Internet and addresses their primary security concerns.
This is especially beneficial to the 20,000 users Lenovo has in China. Due to network performance limitations, Microsoft 365 via the public Internet can come with significant performance issues.

Lenovo wanted to enhance its communications and service capabilities while managing internal resources and associated spending.
To streamline and modernize its communications infrastructure, Orange Business deployed Business Talk, a cloud-based telephony solution offering a scalable and centralized voice service. It enables multinationals to unify global voice services by managing multiple countries from a single platform. Routing traffic over the Internet or private networks is more cost-effective, scalable, and flexible than traditional public switched telephone networks.
The Orange Business virtual private network (VPN) is a flexible, fully managed, business-class IP MPLS VPN service. It offers guaranteed bandwidth, continuity, and a range of services, including voice, video, secure internet access, and access to cloud service providers. The solution allows Lenovo to securely connect multiple sites, data centers, and remote users, maintaining communications, data exchange, and collaboration across global locations. To unify customer interaction handling, Orange has deployed Content Center Access Service, designed to manage and optimize contact center operations.
The service supports multiple communication channels, including voice (inbound and outbound), email, web chat, SMS, and social media. This enables Lenovo to offer a unified customer experience, regardless of how customers engage with them.
Finally, Orange Business supports Lenovo's requirement for usage-based billing, enabling the multinational to optimize costs against fluctuating demands.
